Hollow Point Trading (“HPT”) uses the information described here to run this website, answer requests, administer membership interest and maintain the source-linked HPT evidence archive. Do not submit brokerage passwords, API keys, payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers or other account-access credentials through a website form.
Scope
This policy applies to information submitted through hollowpointtrading.com and the HPT waitlist, booking/contact and member-intake forms. Third-party destinations such as Discord, YouTube, Substack, TradingView, Reddit, Stripe or a future scheduling provider operate under their own privacy terms.
Optional advertising measurement
With your permission through the privacy choice banner, public education, video, article, waitlist and marketing pages load a Google Ads and Analytics measurement tag. It uses cookies, ad-click identifiers, page visits, browser/device information and ordinary request information such as IP address to help attribute visits and completed waitlist signups and call requests to advertising. The same Analytics property is connected to our Whop storefront, with cross-domain linking to preserve advertising attribution through checkout. Whop handles its checkout analytics and purchase events. HPT sends a non-identifying confirmation reference to avoid counting the same signup or call request twice. Names, emails, phone numbers, trading information and other form answers are not sent through these events. Enhanced conversions and personalized advertising are not enabled by this integration.
The tag does not load before you allow measurement, or on account, admin, member, desk, intake or SMS pages. Public booking and search landing pages use the same optional measurement controls. Declining does not prevent access to the site or forms. Use “Privacy choices” to change or withdraw permission; withdrawal reloads the page to stop the previously loaded tag. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Browsers signaling Global Privacy Control are treated as declining. Google handles the information it receives under its Privacy Policy and explains its advertising technologies.
Information collected
Depending on the form, HPT may collect your name, email address, Discord handle, phone number, time zone, preferred call times, market and experience information, service interest, trading goals, risk-process answers, notes, consent selections and a submitted signature. The form system also creates a submission identifier, timestamp, source page and a one-way email hash used for rate limiting.
The website and its hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request and security information such as IP address, browser or device details, requested URL, timestamps and error logs. HPT does not ask for sensitive brokerage access information through these forms.
How information is used
HPT uses submitted information to maintain the waitlist, respond to inquiries, evaluate membership or mentorship fit, arrange requested calls, administer intake, prevent spam and abuse, protect the website, troubleshoot delivery and keep an auditable record of the request. Waitlist updates are sent only where the form records permission to send them.
Website requests are saved in HPT's private request archive. Contact details and booking scheduling details are forwarded to an HPT-owned Google Form so Google can email HPT a new-response notification. Mentorship financial questionnaire answers, signatures and SMS consent records remain in the private website archive and are not included in that notification. Responses are private to HPT; the notification includes a link to review them.
The evaluation giveaway form records your email address, entry time, drawing identifier and whether you separately chose HPT marketing email. HPT uses the entry to run the drawing, prevent duplicate entries and contact a selected winner. Entering does not require marketing email permission or advertising cookies. You can ask HPT to delete your entry by emailing the address listed below before the drawing closes.
Source-linked Discord archive
The public evidence sections are built from designated Hollow Point Trading Discord channels through an official bot. Depending on the source post, a public record can include the displayed author or username, message text, timestamp, attachment, embed, evidence classification and an exact Discord source link. The site preserves source identifiers so a visitor can distinguish a member submission from an independently audited claim.
If you believe a displayed archive record is inaccurate, unauthorized or should be reviewed for privacy reasons, email the exact page and Discord source link. HPT will review the request, the integrity of the archive and any applicable obligation before changing the public presentation.
Mobile Information & SMS Privacy
Hollow Point Trading values your privacy. A phone number provided for a requested call or general contact is not SMS consent and is not enrolled in recurring messages. We enroll a mobile number in HPT Member Service SMS only when its owner explicitly opts in through the official SMS form. These recurring messages are limited to membership account and access notifications, reminders for educational sessions the recipient registered to attend, requested support updates, and service-status notices. The program does not send trade alerts, investment recommendations, transaction instructions, position adjustments, individualized financial advice, marketing, or promotional messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase or waitlist participation. See the SMS Terms & Conditions.
Critical disclosure
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, transferred, or exchanged with any external entity. Vendors used only to transmit HPT messages act solely as service providers and may not use mobile information or consent for their own purposes.
Retention and security
Form records and archive material are retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including response history, membership administration, security, audit integrity, dispute handling and legal obligations. Different categories may be kept for different periods. HPT uses access controls, request validation, rate limiting and limited form fields, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted, or withdraw permission for future waitlist communications, by emailing HPT. A request may require reasonable identity verification. Some records may be retained where needed for security, legal compliance, a dispute, financial recordkeeping or source-archive integrity. Marketing email should also include its own unsubscribe method.
