Education and independent decisions
Hollow Point Trading (“HPT”) publishes general trading education, market commentary, charts, examples, livestreams, community discussions and related content. Public HPT content is not individualized investment, trading, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell a security, futures contract, option, commodity interest or other financial product.
Charts, watchlists, price levels, trade examples, alerts and recaps do not consider your personal objectives, finances, experience, account restrictions or tolerance for risk. You are responsible for your own orders, position size, entries, exits and risk controls. Viewing content, joining a waitlist or booking a general-information call does not by itself create an advisory, brokerage, fiduciary or other professional relationship.
Trading risk
Trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of the capital committed to a trade. Options, futures, short positions, margin and other leveraged products can magnify gains and losses. Futures and some options strategies can produce losses greater than the amount initially deposited; an uncovered call can expose its seller to theoretically unlimited loss.
Risks include gaps, volatility, illiquidity, slippage, spreads, commissions, fees, assignment, exercise and expiration, margin calls, forced liquidation, trading halts, rejected orders, platform failures, data errors and connectivity failures. Use only risk capital you can afford to lose without affecting necessities, emergency funds or long-term financial needs.

No guarantees and performance information
HPT does not guarantee profits, a rate of return, consistency, loss avoidance, recovery of losses, a prop-firm evaluation pass, continued funded status or a payout. No course, tool, indicator, livestream, community or method eliminates market risk. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
A winning trade, screenshot, certificate, withdrawal, chart or selected period is not a complete performance record. Where relevant and reasonably available, HPT identifies the person or account, date or period, account type, whether a result is gross or net, material assumptions and the level of independent review. A result is not described as audited, independently verified, typical or representative without a reasonable factual basis.
Hypothetical, simulated and backtested results
Simulated, hypothetical, backtested, paper, replay, model and demo results do not represent actual trading. They can use hindsight and may not reflect liquidity, spread, slippage, commissions, fees, execution delays, market impact, rejected orders or the psychological and financial effects of real losses. Actual results can differ materially.
Testimonials and member-submitted results
Testimonials, member comments, gain screenshots, certificates, badges and other submitted results reflect an identified person’s experience at the time provided. They do not guarantee future results and are not a statement of what another person should expect.
HPT will not knowingly publish a fake or false testimonial and will not condition an incentive on positive sentiment. Member-submitted material is labeled as such. Unless expressly stated, HPT has not independently audited the underlying brokerage, prop-firm or complete account record. Individual results are not presented as typical without reliable evidence supporting that conclusion.
Prop-firm certificates, funded accounts and payouts
An evaluation pass, funded-account badge, certificate, dashboard or payout confirmation is specific to the firm, program, account type, rules and time shown. It does not by itself establish a complete net-performance history, ongoing profitability, continued funded status, a typical participant result or future payouts.
A displayed payout may be gross and may not account for evaluation costs, resets, subscriptions, platform charges, taxes, other accounts or prior losses. Unless expressly stated beside the item, HPT does not independently audit the provider’s systems or the member’s full history. HPT does not guarantee that any person will pass, retain an account, qualify for a payout or receive funds from a third party.
Affiliates, sponsors, positions and conflicts
Some HPT links, discount codes, services or mentions involve an affiliate, referral, sponsorship, advertising or other compensated relationship. HPT discloses a known material relationship beside the relevant link, recommendation or code. When a video contains a compensated endorsement, the relationship should also be disclosed in the video and description near the link.
Paid/affiliate relationship: HPT may receive money or another benefit if you click, apply, register or purchase through a marked affiliate link.
Where material to market commentary, HPT should disclose a known position, paid promotion, sponsorship, referral arrangement or other financial incentive. Positions can change after publication. Disclosure of a conflict does not eliminate the conflict.
Sources and verification limits
Market prices, charts, indicators, news, economic data, filings, platform outputs and community submissions may be delayed, revised, incomplete, unavailable or incorrect. Sources may use different timestamps, time zones, adjustment methods, contract specifications and calculations. Independently verify material information through an exchange, regulator, issuer filing, broker, prop firm or another appropriate primary source.
For the Discord archive, a source link, message ID, attachment ID and SHA-256 establish provenance and post-collection integrity. They do not by themselves prove that the financial claim shown inside a screenshot was independently authenticated by a broker or provider.
Regulatory-status note
Labels such as education, analysis, mentor, teacher, trader or community do not by themselves determine registration status. Nothing on this page represents that HPT or an associated person is registered, exempt from registration or required to register in a particular regulated category. Those obligations depend on actual conduct, communications, compensation, exemptions and applicable federal and state law.
Do not infer government approval from a registration, disclosure, credential, certificate or badge. Verify an express registration claim through SEC IAPD , FINRA BrokerCheck or NFA BASIC .
Member SMS Service Notices
HPT Member Service SMS is an optional SMS program for membership account and access notifications, scheduled reminders for educational sessions the recipient registered to attend, requested support updates, and service-status notices. It does not send trade alerts, investment recommendations, transaction instructions, entries, exits, targets, position adjustments, individualized financial advice, marketing, or promotional messages.
Participation requires separate, direct, voluntary SMS consent. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll anyone. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or waitlist participation.

Contact, booking and corrections
Do not submit a Social Security number, brokerage password, API key, payment-card number, trade order or other sensitive account-access information through a general contact, waitlist or booking form. Read the Privacy Policy for the information the website forms store and the available request options.
