Open your paid member home.
Read paid-member-setup ↗. Confirm paid-member-chat ↗, member-announcements ↗, and the rooms included in your plan open. The setup instructions identify the Confirmed Paid Members (Active) role.
Download and review your toolkit.
In member-toolkit ↗, collect HPT_Day_One_Intake.pdf, HPT_Member_Onboarding_Packet.pdf, HPT_The_Hollow_Point_Book.pdf, and HPT_Trade_Journal.pdf. Read the packet and complete the requested material. Return personal information only through the private method HPT specifies.
Request your included indicators.
Read private-indicators ↗ and its setup PDF. Submit one request in request-indicator-access ↗ with your exact TradingView username, Discord username, membership platform, and requested package. Wait for approval before trying to add a restricted script.
Choose notifications deliberately.
Open analyst-notifications ↗, check My alerts, and toggle your analysts. Read your private confirmation. Mentions Only is useful for selective role alerts; All Messages adds every post from a chosen channel. Keep member announcements easy to notice. Neither setting grants paid access.
Check your daily destinations.
Open the calendars, Hollow’s charts, NEW YORK ↗, and the callout rooms included with your plan. Read read-this-before-you-take-my-trades ↗ and the server rules ↗. If a required room is locked, report its exact name in membership-access.
Finish your check-in.
Once your included rooms and tools open and the onboarding steps are complete, post SETUP COMPLETE in paid-member-chat ↗, as the server setup instructions request.

03 / Use the membership well

Prepare, participate, review.

Before the session
Read member announcements, the economic calendar, earnings, and your chosen chart context. Set your own risk limits and pick one desk or analyst to follow.
During the session
Read the original callout and its updates. Check the exact instrument, time frame, entry conditions, and invalidation. Follow the host’s participation instructions and pass when the original entry has gone.
After the session
Use your journal to record what you planned, what you did, and what needs work. Post chart practice, homework, and results in their designated channels. Ask clear questions with redacted examples.

Do: arrive prepared, use the right rooms, and own your decisions. Don’t: chase, post personal credentials, demand guaranteed outcomes, or redistribute paid material. Read the full do’s and don’ts.

Resolve common setup problems.

I paid. Why is access still locked?

Your purchase and your Discord account need to be matched. Follow membership-access and provide only your platform, Discord username, and approximate join date when asked. Staff verifies the purchase and syncs the relevant role. List exact locked channel names; do not repeatedly buy access to fix a linking problem.

Does every plan include every channel or indicator?

Use the inclusions for your purchased plan and staff’s confirmation. An analyst alert role, this public guide, or an old channel label does not establish an entitlement. If your plan and visible access disagree, ask membership-access.

What do I send for TradingView access?

Your exact TradingView username, Discord username, membership platform, and requested indicator or package. Submit once in request-indicator-access after reading private-indicators. Never send a password or verification code.

Where do I return completed intake forms?

Use the private return method specified in the onboarding packet or confirmed by HPT staff. Do not upload completed forms into public chat, chart channels, or homework channels. The toolkit is the download point, not permission to post personal answers publicly.

Why am I still receiving notifications after switching an analyst off?

All Messages notifications can still notify you about posts in that channel. Analyst toggles control role subscriptions. For selective alerts, use Mentions Only, check My alerts, and review channel mutes and role-mention settings.

What if NEW YORK is empty?

Check announcements and member-announcements for the current session. A voice room can remain visible while no session is active. Do not assume another room is live unless HPT announces it.

Can I share paid lessons or record sessions?

Follow the full server rules: do not record, leak, repost, resell paid material, or share member logins. Bring your own redacted charts and questions into the correct discussion room.

Does paid membership include private mentorship?

Private mentorship is a separate engagement with its own confirmed scope. Use the Mentorship guide if enrolled; use Book / Contact to discuss fit if you are interested.
